In honor of Veterans Day, Main Digital announces its employee volunteering program with Hire Heroes USA to amplify the effort to help veterans, transitioning service members, military spouses, and caregivers find meaningful employment.
Hire Heroes USA is a nonprofit organization that provides free employment assistance to thousands of U.S. military members, veterans, and military spouses each year. Main Digital works closely with Hire Heroes USA to make an even more significant impact on the lives of military families and veterans by providing industry-specific coaching, networking, and interview practice to move them forward in their job search.
“Community give-back is a top company priority for Main Digital,” said CEO Sanam Boroumand. “We are proud of our employee volunteer program that allows us to help those transitioning to the workforce.”
As part of the employee volunteer program, Main Digital provides paid time to volunteer with Hire Heroes USA, with a goal for each employee to participate in the program this year.
“Hire Heroes is very easy to work with, and the people I have worked with over the last year have been wonderful,” said Nancy Graham, a senior associate who established the partnership this year. “Our remote-first culture aligns perfectly with how we engage with the Hire Heroes and allows everyone at Main Digital to participate.”
Main Digital colleagues have the opportunity to volunteer virtually to provide resume and interview coaching as well as get involved with other programmatic efforts.
