The project goal aimed to incorporate the client’s newly created corporate brand into the website redesign. The challenge was to solicit feedback from the client’s internal web, content, sales, product portfolio, marketing, social, and corporate relations teams and to incorporate this feedback into the website design—all while working within the newly created brand.

Main Digital provided an experienced team, including a project manager (PM) and digital strategists, to oversee and manage the client’s website redesign project alongside development and branding partners.
The Process
The Main Digital team, specializing in digital transformation and website redesign, partnered with client stakeholders from the telecommunications sector to define the project objectives for a large-scale website redesign. We delivered a project plan outlining critical tasks, delineating dependencies, and allocating necessary digital strategy resources.
Risk identification and mitigation were integral parts of our strategy, as we anticipated challenges and devised solutions in advance. Main Digital established a communication plan to ensure efficient alignment across various teams, including UX design experts, web development professionals, and external vendor partners.
The Main Digital team collaborated with engagement stakeholders and leaders to define the project goals and confirm the project scope and objectives. Main Digital built a detailed project plan, outlining tasks and identifying dependencies and resource requirements. As part of the engagement approach, the team identified risks and risk mitigation strategies and managed any issues as they were identified.
Regular strategy sessions were held to track progress against the digital project management plan, align on UX/UI design enhancements, and ensure adherence to the project timeline. These updates were communicated consistently to all parties, maintaining transparency and project momentum.
Our UX team, leveraging agile methodologies, managed JIRA tasks to align with delivery milestones, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive execution of the web development process.
