McLean, Va., December 2022 — Main Digital welcomed Kelly Fletcher as its new director of talent acquisition on Dec. 5.
Fletcher brings 10 years of experience to the Main Digital team, including four years as a senior manager with online video service provider Vimeo, and also as a senior-level recruiter for other technology and healthcare firms in the greater New York City area.
“I’m elated to join Main Digital,” she said. “It’s an exciting time to be a part of technology recruitment, and I hope to build on the strong foundation that’s been established here already.”
As the lead recruiter, Fletcher is charged with finding candidates who are not only qualified to take on various roles at the company, but also those who align with Main Digital’s values. In addition, she’ll help to identify new technologies to source and attract the best talent and help to improve recruiting processes.

Fletcher has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Wake Forest University. She will support the Main Digital team from metro New York City.
