Entrepreneurial veteran Lewis Waters has been named President of Main Digital.

“I’m honored to join the Main Digital team,” Waters said. “In just two years, the company has seen many successes and I look forward to hitting the ground running as we look ahead to continued growth.”

A successful serial entrepreneur, Waters leverages his 25 years of experience implementing the strategies necessary to bring business concepts to life and create exponential growth around them by forming and developing high-functioning teams. He is well versed in all aspects of establishing and scaling companies to maximize enterprise value and has led companies through rapid growth cycles and organizational change due to exponential growth.

CEO Sanam Boroumand has known Waters since 2008.

“We have a shared philosophy about managing and developing our business model and our teams to great success,” Boroumand said. “He’s been a part of five successful startups throughout his career and will bring his experience and knowledge in all aspects of the business to the team.”

As President, Waters will provide leadership to the Talent Acquisition and Management, Finance, Information Technology (IT), Human Resources, Legal and Strategic Partnerships teams. Boroumand will devote more of her time to developing client relationships and supporting delivery efforts. Also, in collaboration with the delivery and sales organization, Waters and Boroumand will work together to mature Main Digital’s solution offerings and go-to-market strategy.

“I believe his leadership at Main Digital, alongside our highly talented team, will accelerate our growth and provide us collectively with continued opportunities,” Boroumand said.

He will continue to serve on the board of directors at Xcelerate Solutions, a federal consulting firm in McLean. He also serves on the James Madison University College of Business Executive Advisory Council. Waters lives with his wife and three daughters in Northern Virginia.
